Getting a little upset....

    Ok guys. Not here to blast a certain company at this time but might have to in the near future if the situation does not change. I ordered a new accessory from this company and the first one that was sent was for the sit down z, I have a wb. Finally after 2 weeks got the correct one. I attempted to install this product yesterday.....about 2 1/2 hours worth of time shot, the rep said it should take about 1 hour to install. Instructions are VERY vague. Kinda like a bunch of parts from the hardware store and they send it to you and you are expected to make something workable out of it (see also erector set). Called the owner today and kinda got the run around about it.....Well, it fits a lot of different models and there are pictures..(quoted from the owner) but no help. Then "Let me get my technical guy to talk to you and he will be able to tell you what to do".....well that was this am, no return phone call as of yet.....THEY HAVE TILL 5 THIS AFTERNOON and I will spill the beans.

    My wife can't get anyone on the phone at the Saab dealer to make a maintenance appointment for her $34,000 car. It's not just your mower company, something is messed up in America.
