Here is my problem.I purchased Qclip and used it for two weeks,realized it wasn't what I wanted.According to Clip,30 day return privledge as long as it wasn't registered(your name isn't burned into the program)..Anyway,I priority mailed it out after getting a RMA # from Clip,and,believe or not,it was lost..Yes,I was stupid not to insure or confirm it,but I ship daily and have never had an item lost.At first,I was told by Clip,no problem,you can't use the software after 30 days so we will issue a refund.Then,they changed their mind.What should I do?Thanks,John
