I joined the Chamber Of Commerance, did the ribbon cutting, going to have my smiling mug in the newspaper, "will Post Pic when they run it"

But I'm to the point where I'm getting to many customers.

seems every week I'm sgining up 2 to 3.......dont know If I should keep them comming and add another truck or what....?

    Just wanted to share....

We should all have that problem.

Raising your prices should do the trick. :)

Either add a rig or start raising prices.

If you get to where you're quoting $120 / hour and they're still running your way, I'm packing up and moving

The only thing is you can't LOL off when you quote the price.

Just say no to more work or build your business with more equipment and workers.

not trying to be cynical, but you should have anticipated what kind of response you were going to get with your advertising

Hire a helper, or crew if necessary.

Of course, this if you want to grow. If you want to remain solo, either turn down work or start raising your prices and weed out the less profitable accounts.

    DID.............already surpassed it LONGGGG ago.......

New anticipation ............75 to 100 this season...

that will make a grand total of 200 customers...

around here we have large lots..... my largest home has 5 acers for the front yard.... about 10 for her back yard........

an average customer is 2 to 3 acers...
