This is called SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and because Google is forever changing things, the skill is always a learning process. I have been working on a thread for this that many LS guys have found success with. You can always pay $500-1000 for someone to optimize your site properly, but if you have an extra 50-60 hours to kill you can do it yourself. Oh, and the 50-60 hours it'll take to get the hang of it.
