I have a 2000/2001 Giant Vac leaf vac with a 20 HP Kohler. I was getting it ready for the season today and found some small holes in the impeller housing where rocks over the years have dented the housing. I've see this before on some other older vacs that don't have replaceable wear liners. The rest of my housing is in good shape so I think I'm going to just put in a replaceable wear liner. Has anyone ever installed a wear liner on a Giant vac? I know it will be really simple to install but would like to know how much I should expect to pay for the liner from a giant vac dealer or online parts supplier. Thanks

Last one I replaced was an OEM part and was over $120.00. That was in 2008.

I just picked up the liner at my local dealer in MA and it was $225.00 with hardware. I probabaly could have found it a little cheaper if I shopped around but in the end I just wanted to get the vac up and running again.
