I've started this thread to allow you guys to continue the discussion of whether Amsoil was marketed as capable of going 25,000 miles. I thought this might be better than using AmsoilPowers thread announcing his special offer.

Do it and then get the oil analysis. I get about 6k towing miles on Mobile1 in my chevy. When that engine oil light comes on I change the oil, when I ran non synthetic I would get about 4k for oil life.

I've got a vehicle that has been on Amsoil for 20,000 miles. We will be pulling a sample in the next few weeks for an analysis. It has a supercharger on it, and we run the SSO 0W-30 in it. I will gladly post the results after doing the analysis. This will make the 4th time we have gone over 20K on the SSO/ EA filter combination. I am very confident in the extended drain or I wouldn't be doing it.
