Guy said its a 2003 or somewhere around there....I'll also check the hours, does they have meters? He fixed a couple rust holes on the deck, and serviced it all up....

    thanks guys

they don't have hour meters. I wouldn't be thrilled with patched rust holes on the deck.

Well in that case, can someone please give me a little better understanding on how to look at this mower, what to look for, to ensure that its infact reliable, as well as worth the price?

Rust holes on the deck are probably a good indicator that it has been some what abused. That being said it is only $1350 which is a good price on commercial equipment as long as the motor is sound and everything has been fixed properly. It might just be me but from the pictures the mower looks like it has been painted, that would make the machine a little questionable to myself, but everyone has different opinions.

FWIW I bought a 48" Viking hydro earlier this winter for $850 with a set of pro one wheels. 460 hours on the ticker. Is a 06 0r 07 model, with ECS.

But that was during the off season, and prices have jumped now that we are "in season".

Doesnt look like to bad of a deal though.
