Good List?

    Hey, guys I like to know were to buy a good list for direct mailing. I like to find a good company that can give you there names too. What good company would you reccomend that work for you. Any input would be great Thanks! :usflag:

    Salesgenie.com is offering 100 free leads. Dont know much more about them.

    I made up my own postcards and ordered them from 48hourprint.com. When they came in, I took them down to a local direct mail place in town and they sent them out for me. They acquired the list but it was to my specifications - in this case, lot size. You can filter by income, location, lot size, etc. to target the customers you want.

    If you go to your counties property tax department you can get them to provide the data to you for almost nothing. I paid $20 and got the name and address of every household in the county with lots between .2 and .75 acres. I could have asked for every one of them for the same $20.
