Hey guys, new to the forum. I didn't get this job i needed in the begining of the summer so i went and started putting adds out. I have been wanting to for a while as a side job. But things went well and i had alot of work. I wanted just mowing jobs, then people started calling me for mulching pruning, etc. I had trouble estimating jobs in the beginging but i got a hang of it.

What is the best way to estimate? hourly, flat rate? any help would be appreciated. Also wanted to get started on fall cleanups, leaf removal. is Hourly the best way to go? Thanks in advance.

People like receiving flat rate quotes. They don't want to think you are working slowly just to take more of their money.
