I know this should probably be in the section for software, but I want opinions from people who cut grass so I put i there.

I currently have Quickbooks and Gopher programs for scheduling, billing, etc., but there are a few place where I believe there could be improvement on Gopher and was looking at Goundskeeper. Who can give me an honest opinion of which is a better program - options, reports, ease of use, etc.

I have the gopher software, i am pretty happy with it but not super happy with "their" way of doing things. I would like to have a disc for for back up purposes and i also would like to have a Manuel for reference reasons. I know i can just go to their website and look up my questions, but even their layout & examples don't always answer my questions. I am going to try groundskeepers software and if their user support is more user friendly i will eat the cost i paid for the gopher and switch.

I tried gopher, but it doesn't work great with quickbooks. I use qxpress which is a bit more expensive, but ultra fast and reliable. I lease the "gold" version for around $44 a month. That being said I get support and all the updates included with the price.
