Grass not growing or greening up

Anyone know what could be the deal with this lawn? Everyone’s grass is starting to grow and this one is still looking like this with absolutely no growth so far. Have another one like this that doesn’t come up until first week of May when everyone else’s is starting first week of April.

What was it like before going into winter ?

Some high-quality Kentucky bluegrass cultivars (especially sod-types) green up slowly in spring. Older types like the Merion and BVMG group green up slow. Do you notice a reddish purple color on some of the leaves? The sod recovers and looks dark green after a couple weeks. Slow start--slow green-up compared to perennial rye.

Man you are way north of me but here it’s slow coming out till we get that first warm rain that helps with the ground temps and a few days of full sun will do wonders. What do all the properties abound it look like?

Greenup is largely determined by ground temps. Ground temps are dependent on sun exposure. Every yard is different, for that matter different parts of the same yard have micro climate zones. 2 yards can be side by side or across the street from each other and be very different.
