Issue is completely normal. With the exception of certain rye grasses, most grasses take 2-4 weeks to germinate fully, with some taking as long as 6 weeks in less than ideal conditions. That means it takes that long for the MAJORITY to sprout. In good Fall conditions, bluegrass will BEGIN to sprout in as little as 7 days, and fescues can come up in 4-6. But the majority will roll in right around the time the seed company says they will, based upon the type and variety.
