is it true there is a chemical you can spray (around gravestones, etc.) to temporarily stun the grass from growing. Not kill it, just slow growth. I've heard of this being used in large cemetaries to reduce trimming.

    Has anyone heard of this?

I believe Roundup can be used at a diluted mix to stunt growth (I think that was what it was originally designed for). There is also a product called Primo Max but it is expensive. Do a search for Growth regulators.

We usually just set our phasers to stun....works fine. :D
Seriously, yes, there are products out there....do a search on growth regulators or inhibitors, and you will find a world of information.

Lesco has something that will slow the growth. Just call and ask.
