Gravely 36 Walk Behind - Losing power?

I have a 36 in gravely commercial walk behind. 14 hp Kawasaki. 80 hours on it. Been great so far.

Then today I up the rpm's, engage the blades, put it in gear - and then no movement. Back to neutral, put it in gear again (speed 3 of 5) and it crawls. Engine is roaring, blades going, no speed. A couple more tries and I get it going ( just seems sluggish after each turn) and finish my route. But on the last mow it wouldn't go up a hill without a push.

I think maybe a bad belt but they look good. I check the shaft coming out of the transmission and it slows when I engage the drive, rather than it spinning and slipping. Any ideas out there?

Gravely representatives (Mary Lyn and Bret) emailed and called me and we have this sorted out. Getting a new transmission belt and (if necessary) tightening in the transmission belt idler. Thanks, Gravely!
