Yes, get zerks or you can push it in with the gun. Or take it apart and do it.

Much easier to do that than to do it the other ways.

Pop the top caps off if ya can. Easy to see grease.
Smart money puts the plugs back in so's ya don't break a zerk off when ya hit something, right?

No don't drill anything, Wright makes it easy, no grease points! Call them about the manual error.

I stand corrected... Hmmm I'll have to do mine now...
6.11 Lubrication The Wright Sport Intensity is made with sealed bearings, oil based bushings and with limited grease fittings therefore only the front caster pivots need to be greased. Grease yearly by either, removing the ¼-28 bolt and install a grease fittings or by removing the dust cap, disassembling and re-packing the wheel bearings. Use Mobil Polyrex-EM grease. Use care filling with grease gun as too much pressure could blow out the grease seal.

Ok so in the manual it says to grease the front casters at a certain interval. However there are no Zerk fittings in the casters only a bolt. So are we to provide our own zerk fittings or is there some other screw in fitting we are to use for greasing those points?
No drilling replace bolt with zerk. (oops just read your reply)
