i am unsure on how to lube my exmark front caster wheels. Manual says to do the shaft that runs through the middile of the wheel, and shaft that connects it to the mower. That are no zerts for this. The shaft that connects to the mower has a tiny screw that comes out this has to be it. But do I have to take the bolt out of the middle of the wheel taking it completely off to lube this part. Thanx

This is one area that I would take to the dealer to get serviced if you are not comfortable taking all that apart (I'm not due to lack of experience). That's another strong point of Scag over Exmark. I don't know why Exmark didn't put a grease fitting on the wheel. I wouldn't loose any sleep over it though, next time you have it at the dealer just have them service it. I know owners with over 1,000 hrs that have never touched them. Not a good idea, but it's probably not going to go bad before you get a chance to service it.
