I have to give briggs credit, they provided a new frame for my machine at no charge.

That one will crack to all of our frames have cracked we need to weld them at least once a round it's because the engines vibrate way too much

Briggs is aware of the problem, they need to change the frame if they have not already done so?

Is it as simple as adding some vibration insulators to reduce stress?

They couldn't be very thick so it doesn't change the geometry of everything but maybe a 1/8"-1/4" piece of rubber?

Hello, where are you finding cracks, I have had a terrible vibration problem and the dealer says that there is nothing wrong with the machine, thanks.

My cracks were under the engine, you had to remove the engine to see them

You’d think some rubber mounts would isolate the vibration.
Still having a hard time believing that’s the reason for a cracked frame tho... it’s not a hemi!
More likely the weight of the engine abd I proper bracing...

One would think that GL would step up to the plate and make the necessary repairs. It's a PIA to operate this machine.
