Please read the below press release regarding the sale of LawnSite.com and PlowSite.com to Group C Media, Inc. Be assured that there will be absolutely no change in your user experience on either of these sites, and we are proceeding business as usual. That said, we’re very excited about this change and are looking forward to providing you with new offerings and opportunities in the future.

New media properties bring the company’s revenue from digital advertising and events to more than 60 percent.

Tinton Falls, NJ – February 28, 2018—Group C Media, Inc. today announced that it has acquired LawnSite and PlowSite from Grand View Media Group, Inc. Group C Media, Inc. publishes Business Facilities and Facility Executive magazines and their websites, BusinessFacilities.com and FacilityExecutive.com, and produces the Business Facilities LiveXchange and Facility Executive Live! events.

“We’re excited to add LawnSite and PlowSite to our existing portfolio of media properties,” said Ted Coene, Co-President of Group C Media, Inc. “We see definite synergy with our brands, particularly with Facility Executive, which covers the entire building environment. With the addition of LawnSite and PlowSite, we can extend our coverage to all-season maintenance, from landscaping through snow removal, of a facility or residence. We’re also bringing aboard a great team, and look forward to working with them to serve their audience and advertisers. ”

The digital strategy and social communities attracted Group C Media, Inc. to LawnSite and PlowSite, according to Coene.

“Their digital efforts are very unique for their market segment. They offer something to advertisers that none of their competitors can provide,” said Coene. “In addition, it makes Group C Media, Inc. a truly diversified media company. Over 60 percent of our revenue will now derive from digital advertising and events. We’re going to look at making strategic additions to the LawnSite and PlowSite brands through live events to serve this growing market. We think there’s a great opportunity there!”

Group C Media, Inc. declined to share specific details about the transaction.
