    i just applied greenview weed feed+crabgrass preventer. the question is can i put down 24 hr grub killer a day after ???????

    If you are putting down a 24 hour grub killer to kill adult grubs, then I would say yes its ok. Read the label to make sure. Usually these products need to be immediately watered in. In late June, every year, put down a grub preventative-Merit so they won't have this problem in future.

    Since the grubs you have now are adult, you will have a harder time killing them. They won't do much damage to the lawn, but the skunks, etc. will do more damage digging them up.

    I agree with Mike. But mature grubs are tough--if you kill 75 percent you will be lucky. Be sure to use Merit about late June.

    I was pulling weeds today for a customer and found white grubs coming up with a couple weeds. Freaked me out, didnt wanna get too close incase it moved! lol.
    should this be something to worry about and should i take care of it asap?
