We used the frog lights web page for the pricing... As We have never ventured into a totally new install of lights.
Was going to go with fp-300:$125, Spotlights@$29 per, I figured about 70' of wire. Just buy a 100' spool...
As for plants I Bid for the smaller spirals: about $250. Small Crimson:$300 but informed cust. that it very hard to find a nice one at that price as they may cost 300-600... Hinoki: will cost around $150. 3 Gold thred:75, 3 boxwoods 150, 4 rodi's 180, 1 blue spruce 4' $150, 6 rug junipers:90.00 4 boulders 280.00, 2 tons river 74, 2 yds mulch 70, 9yds soil 5 for scape 4 for lawn 369 Del charges around 75 seed 70,starter mulch 45, starter fert 20.
That brings total mats to $2633.00 add tax 2790.98
I bid the job total cost @ 4655.98
$240 to design and del everything
$750 to clean out area and install bed, stone, mulch
    $180 install lights
$335 to plant and install boulders
    $360 for lawn labor
    Total labor:1865
I don't know I've used my bidding process on a few smaller landscapes and it seems to work well as I finish just ontime on the 5-or 6 we've done this year

I didn't notice that until you point it out, way too close.
thats a middle of the yard tree.
I had one of them in my front yard until a nieghbors shed broke the top 10' out of it, big storm in 98 shed flew over from 200' away hit the tree, busted the top out then fell down the one side breaking all the branches all the way down, that tree was about 30' tall easy 10 to 15' across.
