    I hear that-enforcement was also spotty for years before our licensing board was moved to the Dept. of Community Affairs. They have the staff to pursue and fine unlike our former umbrella the DEP where we were the third wheel of contractors.

    Wish these valves would’ve been moved instead of just pouring the sidewalk around them. :hammerhead:

    Just run the lateral up and over, on top of the concrete. It'll be fine ;)

    I've seem this many times over the years-just recently where the HO had the paving company extend his driveway up to and around the plumbing to the MV. There used to be a nice two foot bed there.

    While I don't know the exact situation would using an angle valve help?

    Looks like they are angle valves.
