That's just scary. Someone should be forced to rip it out and re-install that properly.
the owner/GC is such an a$$hole that even though I sent a fish tape down the pipe and located it I am tempted to just hit it anyway (its not charged yet) because its in my contract that I am not responsible for anything less than 18" that isn't marked. But I will probably do the right thing and avoid it.
I'll bet it's a secondary containment pipe for a copper diesel supply line inside.
No, it's the natural gas line to the generator. It has since been connected

Whoa! that is scary.
Ahhh someone forgot the 1?
Hose bib on a 12" pop-up under constant pressure right by the water meter.
Sweet! As some would say ..... git ur dun.
That must be the indicator for pressure on the hose bib. Probably sturdier than the netafim indicator.
I took these on a local Auto Zone Property, we were doing a clean up and revamp. They couldn't under stand why all the plants were dying.
Can anyone guess where the lines are broken. I'll give you a hint it has something to do with the fence installer. The random heads located on the property for no apparent reason had me baffled, guess they wants a few areas of turf to look good.
I have been lurking on this site for many years but finally had something worth posting.
