It's about 25 years old, give or take
Not bad performance; I imagine 25 years ago it would have cost about $1.00
nah prolly the same price and you just get $1 a year out of it.
Production and the aspect of marketing were actually harder back then
Not a hack photo but I have yet to see any landscape irrigation out here in Germany.
Look, he has a Torro sprinkler system.
the TORO label is on my extender hose for blowouts - the particular hackiness in that photo is the complete absence of any low point drain upstream of the PVB, either indoor or out
Pfft .... at least the handles are facing in the right direction.
Think I had 14 new blow outs this season with now drain before the backflow. Four of the customers would not pay to have one installed.
Falls under the "What were they thinking?" category, what a conundrum (conundrum does not prevent pregnacy or disease; or stupidity).
Like this HO's innovation... is it even legal?
I say NO, but I'll wait for the vageniouses from out of state and N. FL to kick in for clarification since they know everything about Palm Beach County and local code (hint, city water & cross connect to shallow well).
