I've always used Stihl. Never had a problem with any of their stuff. My family has never bought anything but stihl. All the way back to Grandpa. I remember him years ago on the farm using stihl chainsaws to cut trees and clearing fence lines. Never had a reason to try anything else. Plus my neighbor is a Stihl dealer so I get a deal on everthing I buy.

It's really tough to say what the best is unless you have used extensively each brand.
We've been in biz for 6 years, and have only used Stihl Products.
We've been really pleased with Stihl's performance, so there has been no need for us to look for another brand.

Shindawa backpack blower - 6 seasons

Now don't laugh:

Poulan handheld lightweight blower 70.00- 3rd season lol. Had to buy it when I left my regular blower, but now use it almost all the time.
