Happy New Year! Mowing Resolutions 2008

    Happy new year to everyone. Let's hope the grass grows better this year! Does anyone have mowing related resolutions?:)

    Raise prices and get rid of crappy lawns that I do not like doing.

    Hit the 6 figure income range this year by adding around 35 new houses.

    Fire 3 bad & Hire 4 new employee's, Buy a permagreen, Wrightstander/greatdane, Municple leaf loader.
    Finish learning how to use gopher software before march.
    Focus on maintenance & lawn renovations, sideline landscape install & design till 09'.

    Massively reduce my business debt and double the pay my business pays me. It should be feasible by August.:)
