Maybe a good idea for this site would be to provide a North American map showing all the "zones" (USDA Hardiness Zones). Many members display their location as a certain hardiness zone instead of a state or city or town.

I know there are 2 other standards regarding hardiness zones, but USDA has pretty much become the standard in recent years.

What do you think.....how 'bout a permanent Hardiness Zone map showing all of North America on this site?

Not a bad idea American.....I could go along with it - put us down for a solid Zone 4-aka-you-can't-grow-peaches-here:)

How was the weather in the DM area today?

DA & Mark..........thanks! Hope the moderators pick up on this. Weather here is ... not much snow piles left. We started seven days ago applying fert. BTW we have family in both your towns.
