I have new diaphram kit, and a frozenup d19grgi if anyone needs parts e-mail me.
D-19 are a great little pump when they are working. If the diaphragm leaks then water gets in to the crank case, the wrist pins become froze to the crank.
D-19 are no longer made and parts are sometimes hard to come by. J Fowler in Tampa Fla. has used parts for the D-19. Same thing happen to my D-19 and I was able to repair it with the help of J. Fowler and company call them at 1-813-989-0500.
If you can't fix your D-19 I would love to have it for parts. My D-19 in on a fifty gallon tank mounded on a old boat trailer. I use it in my little nursery and sometimes take it on the road for special jobs.
Just an FYI for you the D19 pump has been replaced with the D252 pump which is a two diaphragm pump as well. Seems to be working well.
