Too much variation in hedgework to charge by the foot.
Stick with an estimate based on time X rate + disposal.

How in the hell do you charge by the foot? What happens when you come across a 8 or 10 foot high privacy hedge that is 6 feet or more wide?

I charge by the shrub sometimes, maybe $5-$7 a shrub for your basic shrub, larger shrubs = more money or I bill it hourly.
