Stopped by a friends house yesterday and she's got a hedge that I'm not familiar with. It's about 2' high and has a rhodedendrom type leaf. Evergreen, viney type branching system, no flowers, and red berries. Zone 4-5 Any ideas?

What is the size of the leaves? (Rhodo leaves can vary a lot in size, depending on variety.) Are the leaves very green or have a different winter coloration?
