Labor is best charged by the hour, and you have to determine what your labor rate should be. I work with installers at $25 per hour and others that bill at $45 per hour and some get more for a specialized service. You need to consider your travel time, time on the job, any equipment necessary, dumping fees if applicable and the overhead and profit equation you have established for your business.

How long do you think it will take you to weed these beds, and give an estimate on that if you must. Is that 180 square feet of beds or the linear measurement of the bed lines? Will you be cutting a new bed edge as well and mulching. If not, you should.
