I have this job that is 100x100 feet. This job is to basically seed. There is no grass at all the ground is uneven. Need to bring in one dump truck load to even out. This then needs to be rolotilled, leveled, seeded, fertalized, and then strawed. There are about 4 stumps with roots that are in the way. She wants the stumps left there and we will have to cut out some of the roots the are from surface to four inches deep. I figured to bring in soil, rototil, level, seed, cut out roots etc, it would be about 1200. Please give any input.
