Ok guys here we go. So far I've only done residential. This site has been a big help. Didn't really plan on getting into commercial yet but I know of a fairly good size company here in town that is not happy with there current lco. I've never had to write up an estimate before. Was wondering if anyone has a copy they wouldn't mind me looking at. Do I break it down monthly or weekly? How bout things such as trimming shrubs. Would probably be looking to sub contract a couple things out such as snow removal. Can anyone help me with formatting my estimate? Thanks in advance.
