Help for the Dogs sake!Hookworm and Whipworm what insecticide to use?

I take care of a local animal shelter and the dogs keep getting hook and whipworm. I know they can fester in grass and soil. Any suggestions for what to use liquid or granular?

Their life expectancy outside of the dog is somewhat limited to the time it takes for the stool to become dried. The dogs are being reinfected from transference between dogs in a high population environment and eggs in the stool which can remain viable for extended periods of time. It only takes on new dog to come in to start another epedemic if you could ever stop what you presently have.
