help identify a high wheel mower

    just found an old high wheel mower but who made it its not a yazoo sarlo troy bilt roof or any other brand i have ever seen it is red 16 inch bicycle spoked hard tires appears top part of handles were chromed common older 3.5 hp vertical briggs self propelled eng has 2 shafts out bottom crank pulley runs blade other shaft pulley runs sp belt drive is unique because it uses a full width shaft like a yazoo only shaft is mounted down low behind rear tires not up front like yazoo have seen one somewhere called a lazy boy could this be one i am puzzled please help also has 2 fixed wheels out front and hand grips are white

    I still have the frame from the Lazy Boy mower I bought in 1978.
    I was a push model , chrome handlebars with white handgrips. I think this is what you are describing.

    But the front wheels and back wheels had height adjustments which were bolt holes. Lowest holes allowed the highest cut and highest holes allowed the lowest cut.
