I am getting a proposal together for the Properties at the link below. OM 1, 2, and 3 are all under the same property manager (my contact) but are priced separately. All are about equal in mowing area except with # 1 having a large open area to mow. Will be mow as needed (weekly) trim shrubs (nothing much at all to trim). The person/people doing it now just mow, trim and go. No edging, no blowing. I am bidding against other LCO,s and have "my price" together. Based on the quality of work being done now and my price..I would be safe to say that my price is double what they pay now.

I see at least 350.00 per unit per cut..$1050.00 for all per cut.
    Shrubs 400.00 x 3
(2725.00 per month for 12 months)

    Hampton Inn property.

The photos speak for themselves. A "school kid" is doing it now...so my contact said. Complete Maint Package with seasonal color. (no fert n sqirt...its handled by another company)

Im at 127.50 per cut (weekly) and 300.00 per shrub trim x 3.
Seasonal color is 280.00 x 2 plus material.
(440.42 per month for 12 months + materials)

    30 cuts a season here.

I have no experience with the large area stuff.

How does this stack up to you guys. Way high, way low or about right?
