im going to putting in a bid on a large hotel and i was wondering abought the aeration prices, its probaly 6 and a half acres to aerate would it be best if i cut them some slack on price or not? for example if im getting 10.00 per thousand residental 10,000 sq feet =100.00 bucks. puts around 400 an acre right?

IF i charge the same on my motel bid it would be like 2600 for 6 and a half acres. Should i charge the same as always or do most of you guys give a discount to a client you are already mowing for.

That would depend on is it irrigated and you have to find all the heads. The best way is to tell them to mark everyone and that your not liable if one gets broke. YES, I would charge them the regular amount!!!!
