Look into the manufacturer of both. They are made for Lowes and HD and may be made by the same prople. (MTD)?? not sure but I know all the tractors are.

If you are looking for a small (20" or so) push mower, then buy a Toro. They are the best out there, period. Used them commercially for years, and finally got my dad to buy a new one last year. His still ran fine, but he is getting on in years and needed a self-propelled. After the mower got to around 12 years old it took 2 or 3 pulls to start. He gave his 22 year old toro 21" away and bought a Toro Personal Pace, which he loves. I use one on mine. I bought the heavy one with the cast deck. Mulches the grass beautifully, starts on the 1st pull every time.
