get a business lawyer to set it up for you, if you're not familiar with the laws you will miss something making your LLC virtually useless as far as legal protection in case of a liability claim.
make sure you make enough money to get the LLC... also go to michigan's website you will find good info on that stuff i did .... what you earn in a year usually determins if your elegible for incorporation or not ...
