Help pricing edging

    I need some help pricing edging for small apart. complex. There is approx. 1350 ft of sidewalk to be edged. Walks are overgrown a little. Once the initial edging is done, the rest of the time I should be able to keep in check with weedeaters, and then re-edge when needed.

    I would figure how long it would take to do it (on average) and try to stick to the $1 per minute rule....

    to me edging is an additional service, not included with lawn care. So I charge top notch, with a minimum charge for edging no matter what

    Yes, the edging is an additional charge. For large jobs like this, there is no way I would include that in the mowing price. So, for the 1300' what would you charge. The overgrowth isn't too bad, but I couldn't tell you the last time it was done, if at all!
