Well I have a 1997 GMC 1500 Suburban and I have all the wires hooked up to the brake controller, except the stop light switch (brake light switch). I can not find it anywhere. Is there any place to access it easily?

    Thanks

Look at your brake pedal and follow it up under the dash. There should be a little plunger type switch either in front of or in back of the brake pedal high on the pedal up under the dash and put a test light on the wires one at a time while pushing on the brake pedal. It should light up only when you push the brake pedal.
