    OK picture this:

    4 acre property
1 acre of grass to mow 3 times a month
65 medium size bushes to trim 3 times yearly (b/c previous LCO didn't do it)
the rest of the property is concrete to blow off
    plus round-up as needed.
Throw in a .25 acre property to mow and round up.

    I figured 450.00 a month for 12 months.
175 to trim bushes each time
125 to cut, blow and round up each time
50 to cut the smaller property.
All the cutting March thru November.
    Blowing concrete Dec., Jan., Feb.

Does the look ok or am I killig myself.

What jumps out at me is the 3 acres of concrete to blow off. Wow...do you have help and what type of blower will you be using?

If you need the account...you might get it at your price. Alot of work for 450 bucks monthly. If you can make a decent profit at your price then thats what counts.

Well it's a storage building facility. So, a lot of buildings and some concrete. I do all the work myself with a backpack blower.
