Okay, I will try to explain this as best I can.

I was contacted to place a bid on a senior citizen assisted living community. The property has apporximately 5 acres of actual turf to mow. The units are situated in 2 "U" shaped buildings with about 2 acres of turf and several trees in between the two buildings, and 2 acres in the back of the units.

There are 75 total units, each of which would require no more than 10 minutes each. There are small shrubs in front of each unit which they would like to be kept trimmed as well as edging the walkways in front of each unit.

Here is a list of what they want done:

Keep all shrubbery trimmed as needed on a year-round basis. Spray shrubbery as needed for control of disease and insect pests.

Work shrubbery beds two times per year with pine straw

Fertilize all shrubbery twice per year as soil test recommends.

Keep all shrubbery beds neat at all times. All grass will be kept out of these areas.

Fertilize all grassed areas 2 times per year as soil test results recommend.

Aerate all grass areas in the fall before seeding.
Overseed all grassed areas in the spring and fall as directed by Management.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
