A new cheap trailer, even though new will always be a cheap trailer. Meaning light metal, cheap wiring, no primer, poor bearings and tires, etc.
You can find a better quality used trailer for the same, or even less money just gotta keep looking and know what you're looking for. If you buy it right.... you can always sell it and upgrade for little or no loss.
It just takes checking CL several times a day and having cash in hand. Sold my aerator today in two hours on CL. Guy drove 60 miles to pick it up.
