I need help with an estimate. A friend of mine called the other day about going to look at his parents yard. His parents are in their 70's and have a 3 acre lot that needs to be cut every week. The biggest Residential property that I have is just shy of a full 2 acres and I charge $75 per cut, So Im kinda stuck on what I should charge for the 3 acre job. The yard is pretty flat, has a few old sheds, tree's & misc objects to cut around, but the yard is weird shaped and has alot of different angles so I can't just start one place and just keep making swipes back n forth. The good thing is the is no trimming to be done, every part of the yard and even around the objects you have to cut around you can do with the mowers easy. I'm guessing it should take 1 1/2 hours with two (48 inch) mowers going.

I charge 40-45 for all of my residentials up to 1 full acre & I charge $75 for the one that is just shy of 2 acres. I was looking at about 100 - 125 per cut but not sure.

What does everyone else charge for a job of 3 acres?
Am I way off on the price?

Just looking for some help, Thanks guys
