    5'x12'x5' Box Mesh Trailer
    32" Xmark Viking Hydrostat mower
    32" Xmark Metro mower
    12" Snapper commercial mower
    350 Echo weed eater

What do some of the pros here think is a fair value for this used equipment. I REALLY only need 32 Hydro and the trailer, but it would be nice to have some backups. What do you think?

Always nice to have back-ups. I would guess around $3000-$3500. How much are they asking?

A lot more. What do you think I should offer on the Trailer and Hydro if they are willing to break it up?

Am I right that all that equipment would cost over 10k new?

Maybe, but the only problem is, itsn't new. go low and work your way up from there.

Both mowers have obviously been re-painted everywhere to cover up the fact that they've been beat pretty good. They sure did a cruddy job.

No, even new that stuff isn't worth 10K I don't think.

I'd say 6-700 for the trailer, and maybe 1000-1300 for each of the mowers max.

New; it would be around $8500. The fact that they did paint it suggests that in about a month the rust will be back. It is obvious they tried to "fix it up" for a quick sale. Don't pay more than $3500 for ALL of it.

Also, keep in mind, that that is a very LIGHT duty trailer. That trailer already has a load on it just from all the steel on the sides. Just look at the tongue rails....this REAL light stuff.
