This is what I am dealing with, it's all wide open except for a couple of pine trees in the front yard that are about 15 to 20 feet apart and there might only be 10 of them. The size of the complex is about 102,000sq ft or 2.35 acres (measured with measuring wheel) and I should be able to knock this out with my 60" Tank in roughly 35 minutes for just the mowing at 80% efficiency. There isn't much trimming that is going to need to be done, and blowing will be the front walk and the driveway. So I'm venturing to guess that this will take 60 minutes to do, so we'll call it an hour.

I know some will want a picture so it is attached as well including all measurements taken by me. Let me know what you guys think would be a fair price in your area. Any and all questions that are asked about the property I will try and answer as quickly as possible. Thanks for helping me out!

I would charge 60 for the first acre and then 45 each additional: $120.75

I'm in rural Louisiana, so I wouldn't charge over 80 for that. If more people respond, the prices should be all over the map, every market is different.
