I am a new business, of only 3 weeks. I have been asked to cut grass for a large condo complex. The area of the complex is 300,000 square feet and about half of that area has buildings on it. Any help would be appreaciated.

There ain't no way brother, everyone starts out small with projects that
you can bid and if a mistake is made it's not the end, you'd really need someone
to go out there and walk the entire property with you, someone experienced
    and someone you trust.

Otherwise it's no better than giving quotes over the phone, just not something we should do,
way too much room for error, way too much room for one of us to have an uncalled for funny
moment and say something meant as silly that ends up burning you later.

Also as a general rule, one should NEVER bid on a project that's too big to walk
away from (without getting paid a single cent).

That I think is a key factor, if you got the funds to support yourself even if you
lose out then by all means bid with confidence, otherwise stick to the small
stuff and keep doing small stuff until you get better and that's how we grow,
one little property, and one day at a time.

    Do not want.

That is what you tell the property manager.
