I have a 48inch walk behind mower and I need to change the front tire but I can not get the axle bolt to come out. Is there a snapring or an E clip that is holding it in place?

I am going to try and get a reply for you. You need to let the folks know what 48" mower you have.

The model # on the tag on the control side is 930301. And the model on the deck is 934400.
