I need to get this to ground level. What is the best tool for the job?

A chainsaw? do you mean just cut it down to ground level or do you need to take it out?

Move the stone out of the way and use a stump grinder. Or dig it out by hand?

if you want to make it level move all of the rocks and chainsaw it level then put rocks on top of it. if you want to remove it then use a shovel but it will leave a hole in the ground.

You could rake the gravel off and cut it with a sawzall ( sawzall blades are $3 and chainsaw chains are $15 ) or you could dig it out by hand. It shouldn’t be that hard just for 1.

Thanks for the suggestion everyone. I guess that I should have stated that I used a chainsaw to get that low...my chain kept coming off so I stopped using it. I just chipped away at it with my hand axe. I had to remove 3 Lulic bushs.
