Helping with invoicing

    I’ve got a couple like this this month. One, my son’s now former school, and one a habitually late customer. The habitually late one is scheduled for today. She’s the last one on the schedule and if no payment by that time, no mow. It’s people like this that made me switch to pre-pay. No outlaying labor and materials then hoping to get paid.

    ive been using yardbook for a while and didnt know you could see they opened them how do you do that?

    Yardbook as well. Email invoice when services are completed and no other services provided until everything has been paid. If you have trouble clients, ditch them and find new ones. Easy as pie. You can also do card on file but I haven't had the need
